What is Heart Ripple Chronicles?

Heart Ripple Chronicles is a monthly happy mail experience created to help you reconnect with what matters most in a noisy world.

Each Ripple is thoughtfully created to inspire more love, kindness, compassion, and connection through meaningful words, reflection, creativity, and small acts of kindness.

How does the subscription work?

When you subscribe, you'll receive one new Heart Ripple Chronicles mailing each month.

Each monthly Ripple is designed as a meaningful, collectible experience and may include a heartfelt letter, an art or reflection card, a kindness, connection, or creativity invitation, and an occasional lightweight paper keepsake or surprise.

Your subscription renews automatically each month until you choose to cancel.

Will I receive a confirmation email after subscribing?

Yes! Once you complete checkout, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided. This email confirms that your subscription order has been received.

Please check your spam or junk folder if you don't see it in your inbox within a few minutes.

How much does it cost?

The standard Heart Ripple Chronicles subscription is $14 per month, plus applicable taxes.

For our launch, Founding Members who subscribe by October 4 at 11:59 PM Arizona time will receive a special rate of $11.11 per month, plus applicable taxes.

The Founding Member rate of $11.11/month is locked in for as long as your subscription remains continuously active. If you cancel, your Founding Member rate will end. If you choose to subscribe again in the future, the standard rate in effect at that time will apply.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes. You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next renewal.

Once canceled, you will not be charged for future subscription periods. If an order has already been processed for the current mailing cycle, that month's Ripple may still be sent.

How do I manage my subscription?

After subscribing, you'll have access to your customer subscription account, where you can manage your subscription and update certain account information.

If you ever have trouble managing your subscription, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.

When will my letter be mailed?

Heart Ripple Chronicles mailings are sent on the 11th of each month.

If the 11th falls on a Sunday, mailings will be sent on the 10th instead.

We lovingly call this Ripple Day.

When will my first letter be mailed?

Subscriptions received by the 4th of the month will be included in that month's mailing and sent on the 11th.

Subscriptions received after the 4th will begin with the following month's Ripple and will be mailed on the 11th of that month.

For example:

If you subscribe on October 3, your first Ripple will mail on October 11.

If you subscribe on October 6, your first Ripple will mail on November 11.

When will I receive my letter?

Delivery time depends on USPS and your location.

Your Ripple is sent by mail on Ripple Day, but arrival dates may vary. Because Heart Ripple Chronicles is sent as traditional mail rather than a tracked package, tracking may not be available.

Please allow several business days after the mailing date for your Ripple to arrive.

If your mailing has not arrived after a reasonable amount of time, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.

Can I join at any time?

Yes.

Each Ripple is designed to stand beautifully on its own, so you can begin whenever you discover Heart Ripple Chronicles.

There is no late arrival to a Ripple. Wherever you begin is where your Ripple begins.

Will every month include the same items?

The heart of the experience remains consistent, but some details may change from month to month.

Each Ripple is thoughtfully designed around its monthly theme, so you may occasionally find a different reflection piece, kindness invitation, paper keepsake, or small surprise inside.

Is Heart Ripple Chronicles a subscription box?

No.

Heart Ripple Chronicles is a thoughtfully curated monthly letter experience sent through the mail. It is intentionally simple, lightweight, meaningful, and collectible rather than a traditional subscription box.

What happens if I move?

We want your Ripple to find you.

If your mailing address changes, please update your address in your subscriber account before the 4th of the month to ensure your next Ripple is sent to the correct address.

If your mailing has already been prepared or sent before your address is updated, we may not be able to redirect or replace that month's mailing.

Can I change my mailing address?

Yes. You can update your mailing address through your subscriber account.

Please make any address changes by the 4th of the month so we have your correct address before that month's Ripple is prepared for mailing.

What happens if my Ripple is returned to you?

If your Ripple is returned because of an incorrect or outdated address, please contact us with your updated mailing information.

We'll do our best to help. Additional postage may be required to resend a mailing when the original address provided was incorrect.

Do you offer refunds?

Because Heart Ripple Chronicles is a recurring subscription featuring printed materials prepared specifically for each monthly mailing, subscription payments are generally nonrefundable once an order has been processed for that mailing cycle.

You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next renewal to prevent future charges.

If your order arrives damaged or there is an error with your mailing, please contact us and we'll be happy to help make it right.

Heart Ripple Chronicles is beginning with U.S. subscriptions only while we thoughtfully establish our monthly mailing process and make sure everything is running beautifully and reliably.

Our hope is for the Ripple to travel farther in the future. If you live outside the United States, we invite you to join our international interest list so you'll be among the first to know when international subscriptions become available.
