PURCHASE OPTIONS AND CANCELLATION POLICY

This Purchase Options and Cancellation Policy applies to recurring subscriptions purchased from The Heart Ripple Chronicles through HeartRippleChronicles.com.
MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION
The Heart Ripple Chronicles is offered as a month-to-month subscription featuring an original letter and related paper enclosures delivered by mail.
When you subscribe, you authorize The Heart Ripple Chronicles and its payment providers to charge your selected payment method automatically each month until you cancel.
Your subscription does not require a long-term commitment. There is no minimum number of months you must remain subscribed.
FOUNDING SUBSCRIBER PURCHASE OPTION
The first 111 eligible subscribers will receive the founding subscription rate of $11.11 per month for their first three paid subscription months.
After the first three paid months, the subscription will automatically renew at the standard rate of $14.00 per month beginning with the fourth payment unless the subscriber cancels before that renewal date.
By selecting the founding subscription option, you acknowledge and expressly agree to both the introductory price and the automatic change to the standard monthly price.
The founding offer is:
• Limited to the first 111 eligible subscribers.
• Limited to one founding subscription per subscriber.
• Personal to the original subscriber and nontransferable.
• Available only while the original subscription remains active.
• Forfeited if the subscription is canceled.
A canceled founding subscription cannot be restarted at the promotional rate unless The Heart Ripple Chronicles expressly agrees otherwise.
AUTOMATIC RENEWAL AND BILLING
Your payment method will be charged when you begin your subscription and automatically on each subsequent billing date.
Your billing date and upcoming charge will be displayed during checkout or in your subscription-management portal.
Applicable taxes and shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout.
If a payment is declined, we or our subscription-management provider may attempt the payment again, ask you to update your payment method, pause fulfillment or cancel the subscription.
HOW TO CANCEL
You may cancel your subscription at any time:
• Through the “Manage Subscription” link in your customer account or subscription emails; or
• By contacting us at
Cancellation through the subscription-management portal is effective when successfully completed.
A cancellation request sent by email must be received and processed before your next scheduled billing date to prevent the next charge. Please allow sufficient time for us to receive and process emailed requests.
You will receive confirmation when your subscription has been canceled. If you do not receive confirmation, please contact us to verify that the cancellation was completed.
EFFECT OF CANCELLATION
Canceling your subscription stops future automatic renewals. It does not retroactively cancel or automatically refund a payment that has already been processed.
After cancellation, you will remain eligible to receive any mailing already covered by a successfully processed payment, subject to the applicable mailing schedule and cutoff.
There is no cancellation fee.
We do not provide prorated refunds or credits for a partially completed subscription month. Refunds are available only as described in our Refund and Cancellation Policy or when required by applicable law.
MAILING SCHEDULE AND CUTOFFS
Monthly mailings are ordinarily sent on the 11th of each month. If the 11th falls on a Sunday, the mailing will be sent on the 10th instead.
The inaugural mailing is scheduled to be sent on October 10, 2026. To be included in the inaugural mailing, your subscription must begin no later than October 4, 2026.
Subscriptions started after an announced mailing cutoff will begin with the next available monthly mailing unless otherwise stated during purchase.
Address changes must also be completed before the applicable mailing cutoff. We cannot guarantee that changes submitted after the cutoff will apply to a mailing already being prepared.
CHANGING OR MANAGING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION
When available through the subscription-management portal, you may:
• Update your payment information.
• Update your mailing address.
• View your next billing date.
• Review your subscription status.
• Cancel your subscription.
Any available options to pause, skip or reactivate a subscription will be displayed in the portal. These options are not guaranteed unless specifically offered.
PRICE OR SUBSCRIPTION CHANGES
We may change the standard subscription price or other subscription terms in the future. We will provide advance notice of a material change as required by applicable law and explain how to cancel before the change takes effect.
The previously disclosed transition from the founding rate of $11.11 to the standard rate of $14.00 beginning with the fourth paid month is part of the original founding subscription offer and is not considered an unexpected price change.
CANCELLATION BY THE HEART RIPPLE CHRONICLES
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse a subscription because of suspected fraud, misuse of a promotion, repeated payment failure, abusive behavior, an undeliverable address or a violation of our Terms of Service.
If we discontinue a subscription after accepting payment for a mailing we cannot provide, we will issue an appropriate refund, replacement or account credit.
