OVERVIEW
This website is operated by The Heart Ripple Chronicles. Throughout these Terms of Service, “we,” “us” and “our” refer to The Heart Ripple Chronicles.
These Terms of Service apply to your use of HeartRippleChronicles.com and to purchases and subscriptions made through our online store. Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to offer our products and subscriptions.
By visiting our website, placing an order or starting a subscription, you agree to these Terms of Service and any policies referenced in them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or purchase our products.
ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to make a purchase. By placing an order, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
OUR PRODUCTS
The Heart Ripple Chronicles is a recurring mailed experience featuring original letters and may include paper enclosures, creative prompts, reflective material, artwork or other lightweight printed pieces.
The appearance, colors, materials and contents of each mailing may vary. Images shown on our website or social media are illustrative and may not depict every element of a particular mailing.
Our writings and creative prompts are offered for inspiration, reflection and general informational purposes. They are not medical, mental-health, legal, financial or other professional advice and are not a substitute for services provided by a qualified professional.
SUBSCRIPTIONS AND AUTOMATIC RENEWAL
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us and our payment providers to charge your selected payment method automatically at the price and frequency disclosed at checkout.
Your subscription continues monthly until canceled. The applicable price, billing frequency and next billing date will be disclosed when you subscribe and will be available through your subscription-management portal.
You may cancel at any time through the “Manage Subscription” link provided in your account or subscription communications. You may also contact heartripplechronicles@gmail.com for assistance.
Cancellation must be completed before your next scheduled billing date to prevent the next charge. Cancellation does not retroactively refund a charge that has already been processed.
FOUNDING SUBSCRIBER OFFER
The first 111 eligible subscribers will receive a promotional rate of $11.11 per month for their first three paid subscription months.
Beginning with the fourth paid month, the subscription will automatically renew at the standard rate of $14.00 per month unless canceled before that renewal date. By accepting this offer, you expressly authorize this price change as part of the subscription terms.
The founding offer is limited, personal to the original subscriber, nontransferable and subject to availability. If a founding subscription is canceled, the promotional rate is forfeited and may not be restored.
We reserve the right to reject or cancel orders that appear to involve fraud, misuse, duplicate promotional subscriptions, unauthorized resale or an attempt to circumvent the 111-subscriber limit.
PRICES, TAXES AND PAYMENT
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes and shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate billing information. If a recurring payment cannot be processed, we or our subscription provider may attempt to process the payment again, request updated payment information, pause fulfillment or cancel the subscription.
We may change the standard subscription price in the future. If a price or other material subscription term changes, we will provide advance notice as required by applicable law and explain how to cancel before the change takes effect.
MAILING SCHEDULE AND CUTOFFS
Monthly mailings are ordinarily sent on the 11th of each month. If the 11th falls on a Sunday, the mailing will be sent on the 10th instead.
The inaugural mailing is scheduled to be sent on October 10, 2026 because October 11, 2026 falls on a Sunday. The subscription cutoff for guaranteed inclusion in that inaugural mailing is October 4, 2026.
Orders placed after an announced cutoff will begin with the next available mailing unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Shipping and delivery dates are estimates. Delays may occur because of postal operations, weather, emergencies, incorrect addresses or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
SHIPPING ADDRESS
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate mailing address and updating it before the applicable mailing cutoff.
Address changes made after a cutoff may not apply to a mailing that has already been prepared or processed. We are not responsible for replacement or refund costs resulting from an incorrect, incomplete or outdated address supplied by the subscriber.
REFUNDS, REPLACEMENTS AND RETURNS
Refunds, replacements, missing mail, damaged items and subscription cancellations are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
PERSONAL USE AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All letters, artwork, illustrations, photographs, prompts, designs, logos, trademarks, downloads and other original materials provided through The Heart Ripple Chronicles are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Your purchase grants you permission to enjoy the materials for personal, noncommercial use. You may not reproduce, scan, distribute, publish, sell, license, modify or commercially exploit our materials without prior written permission.
You are welcome to share brief excerpts or photographs for personal, noncommercial social-media purposes when The Heart Ripple Chronicles is clearly credited, provided the sharing does not reproduce a complete paid letter or enclosure.
ACCEPTABLE WEBSITE USE
You may not use our website or products:
• For unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purposes.
• To violate intellectual-property or privacy rights.
• To transmit malware or harmful code.
• To interfere with the security or operation of the website.
• To collect information about others without authorization.
• To impersonate another person or submit false information.
We may restrict or terminate access when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS
Our store may use or link to services provided by Shopify, payment processors, subscription-management providers, postal carriers and other third parties. Those services may be governed by their own terms and privacy practices.
We are not responsible for third-party websites or services that we do not own or control.
ERRORS AND AVAILABILITY
We make reasonable efforts to present accurate product descriptions, pricing and availability. Occasionally, information may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions.
We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, limit quantities, decline an order or cancel an order affected by an obvious pricing or availability error. If we cancel a paid order, we will issue an appropriate refund.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that access will always be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The Heart Ripple Chronicles and its owner will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or products.
Our total liability relating to a particular purchase or subscription will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the product or subscription period giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not permit certain limitations of liability, so these limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law.
INDEMNIFICATION
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Heart Ripple Chronicles, and our owners, employees, contractors and service providers from third-party claims arising from your unlawful use of the website, your violation of these Terms or your infringement of another person’s rights.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Nothing in this section limits any consumer protection rights that apply to you under the laws of your place of residence.
SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary. The remaining provisions will continue in effect.
NO WAIVER
Our failure to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce it later.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with our Refund and Cancellation Policy, Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Subscription Policy, constitute the agreement between you and us regarding your use of the website and purchase of our products.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
Material changes affecting an active subscription will be communicated as required by applicable law. Continuing to use the website after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the changes, except where additional consent is legally required.
