REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Effective date: September 11, 2026
Thank you for becoming part of The Heart Ripple Chronicles. Because each monthly mailing is prepared especially for our subscriber community, the following refund and cancellation policy applies.
SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATIONS
Your subscription automatically renews each month until you cancel it.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the “Manage Subscription” link in your account or subscription emails. You may also request assistance by contacting us at heartripplechronicles@gmail.com
To prevent your next recurring charge, your cancellation must be completed before your next scheduled billing date. Canceling your subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically refund a payment that has already been processed.
After cancellation, you will remain eligible to receive any mailing for which payment has already been successfully processed, subject to the applicable mailing cutoff.
REFUNDS
Because The Heart Ripple Chronicles consists of limited-edition printed materials prepared according to the number of paid subscribers, subscription payments are generally nonrefundable once they have been processed.
Refunds may be provided when:
• You were charged more than once for the same subscription period.
• An incorrect amount was charged due to an error by The Heart Ripple Chronicles.
• We are unable to fulfill a mailing for which you paid.
• A refund is otherwise required by applicable law.
Refund requests must be submitted to heartripplechronicles@gmail.com within 14 days of the charge. Please include your name, order number and a brief explanation of the issue.
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Processing times are determined by your bank or payment provider.
FOUNDING SUBSCRIBER OFFER
The first 111 eligible subscribers will receive the founding rate of $11.11 per month for their first three paid subscription months. Beginning with the fourth paid month, the subscription automatically renews at the standard rate of $14.00 per month unless canceled before that renewal date.
Canceling during the promotional period ends the subscription and forfeits the founding offer. A canceled founding subscription cannot be restarted at the promotional rate unless we expressly agree otherwise.
MAILING CUTOFFS
The cutoff to receive the inaugural October 2026 mailing is October 4, 2026.
Future mailing cutoff dates will be displayed on our website or communicated to subscribers. Orders received after a mailing cutoff will begin with the next available monthly mailing unless otherwise stated at checkout.
DAMAGED MAIL
If your mailing arrives materially damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at heartripplechronicles@gmail.com Include your order number and clear photographs of the damaged envelope and contents.
When reasonably possible, we will provide a replacement at no additional charge. Because each mailing is produced in limited quantities, an identical replacement may not always be available. In that situation, we may offer an appropriate substitute or refund for that mailing.
LOST OR UNDELIVERED MAIL
Delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Please allow adequate time for postal delivery before reporting a mailing as missing.
If you believe your mailing has been lost, contact us at heartripplechronicles@gmail.com within 30 days of the expected delivery date. We will review the circumstances and, when appropriate and supplies permit, provide a replacement or another reasonable resolution.
We are not responsible for mail that cannot be delivered because the subscriber provided an incorrect, incomplete or outdated address. Subscribers are responsible for updating their mailing address before the applicable mailing cutoff.
RETURNED MAIL
Due to the nature of our printed subscription mailings, we do not accept physical returns unless we specifically request one. Mail returned to us because of an incorrect or outdated address may be resent at the subscriber’s expense when replacement inventory is available.
CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS BY US
If we cancel a paid mailing or are unable to fulfill it, affected subscribers will receive a replacement, account credit or refund, as appropriate.
